  • Directed and lead all strategic recruiting related activities across the BBC organization and its portfolio company Alchemy & Science. 

  • Managed the planning, forecasting and execution process of the $1m recruiting budget. 

  • Responsible for managing, training and professional development of (7) direct reports.  

  • Implemented cost effective sourcing strategies to identify high quality talent in response to staffing needs at all levels and disciplines. Sourcing methods included but were not limited to retain and contingency search management, media and advertising.   

  • Consulted with VP’s and Senior Leadership on strategic people development opportunities; worked with them to forecast and manage the succession planning process for the organization.

  • Manage and drove work force planning activities, create recruiting action plans against future openings.

  • Created and facilitated training classes on interviewing skills and Predictive Index Analysis.

  • Responsibilities included: employee relations, professional development and strategic partnerships for internal candidates and managers. Retain & Contingency Search management, presentation, collaboration, negotiations and results delivery.

  • Implemented Bain’s Job Bank - job population (position leveling, geography & industries) focusing on Fortune 100-500 and private equity hiring companies. Served as point of contact for internal communication to Partners & Managers regarding utilization of the Job Bank as a value addition for alumni, clients and target clients.
